Welcome to Fresh+Life! We are dedicated to nourishing your body by feeding you nutrient dense foods and fresh live juice. We consult with you, design a customized plan then prepare and deliver your meals straight to your door!

Your meals will be delivered between the hours of 9-11AM twice per week and will consist of breakfast, lunch and dinner plus 2 balanced snacks. Each live juice is 16oz of pure juice. Delivery days are Monday and Wednesday for meals (unless otherwise specified) and daily for juice plans. They will be packaged in a soft, insulated cooler to keep these precious morsels safe and cold until you immediately put them in your fridge. With your first delivery you will receive a welcome folder that gives you directions for meal reheating as well as some healthy pointers to live by daily.
